At Dublin promises to be a place where you can connect with family and friends, where one activity leads to the next in an appealing, walkable, creative environment. It will reshape an unproductive infill site for the benefit of the greater community, creating a balanced, mixed-use neighborhood that combines retail, dining, and entertainment options with much needed workforce housing.

Restaurants, Retail, and Entertainment
ATDublin will provide experiential retail with a wide variety of restaurants, bistros, and pubs, along with specialty shops, services, and entertainment venues--like a cinema or retro bowling alley. Focus will be placed on high quality, locally-sourced food that celebrates Dublin's agrarian roots and mild California climate.

Connections and Open Space
The Village Green, The Porch and The Side Yard will serve as ideal venues for outdoor fairs, community celebrations, live performances, and more. Landscaped paseos and pedestrian pathways will connect the retail and open space areas with the ATDublin residential villages, surrounding neighborhoods and nearby Emerald Glen Park.

Residential Choices
ATDublin will offer a variety of for-sale and for-rent residences with densities compatible with existing neighborhoods and uses. From single-family detached homes to townhomes and apartments, the residential component will bring much need workforce housing. All communities will be connected to the retail by way of a central linear park with plazas, paseos and pathways.

Hotel and Community Meeting Room
Also planned for ATDublin are hospitality uses that include up to 240 hotel rooms. The hotel includes a 3,000 square foot community room that can be reserved for meetings, events and other public activities.
